Golden dorado on the big water. In spring, pirá pitá rise to fruit dropping from the riverbank trees. October into December, blue wolfish push up onto the banks to spawn, iridescent and fiercely territorial, a lovely challenge on a fly. Dove overhead, year round. Every pursuit peaks at a different time, so the right week for you depends on what you're after. Tell us what you'd like to chase and roughly when you can travel, and we'll tell you when it's at its best.
